We are looking for someone who wants to work with service, structure, and problem-solving in a role where no day is the same. As a claims advisor, you play a key role in creating security for the customer throughout the claims process – from the first contact to the completed repair.

About the position: 

As a claims advisor, you are responsible for meeting customers in claims matters and guiding them through the entire process with high quality and clear communication. You act as the link between the customer, insurance company, and workshop – with the goal of ensuring smooth and correct handling of vehicle damages.Your main tasks:Receive claims reports and schedule customersConduct damage inspectionsPrepare damage calculations in CabasHandle warranty cases and insurance inquiriesProvide support in customer reception and coordinate internal flows

You enjoy structure, collaborate easily, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks.We believe you have:High school education, preferably with a focus on vehicles, trade, or administrationExperience in a similar role within claims service or customer receptionGood computer skills and ease in learning new systemsKnowledge of Cabas and Automaster is a meritB driver's license
